Overview
At Mobile Shop, we aim for a simple and transparent experience. We offer Cash on Delivery only with no extra charges. If something isn’t right, our return and refund process is straightforward and customer-friendly.
Return Window
Mobiles and accessories can be requested for return or replacement within 7 calendar days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the unit must be unopened and factory-sealed. If the product has been opened, activated, or the seal is broken, returns are accepted only for defects, dead-on-arrival, transit damage, or wrong item received.
Eligibility Conditions
A return or replacement can be approved when the following conditions are met:
The item is in its original condition with all box contents (handset, charger, cable, SIM tool, manuals, warranty card, and any bundled accessories).
The IMEI/serial number matches the delivered unit.
There are no signs of misuse, physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized software modifications.
All freebies or promotional items received with the order are returned along with the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Unsealed earphones, screen protectors, and hygiene-sensitive accessories, once opened, are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects. Products with deliberate damage, missing accessories, or tampered IMEI/serial labels are not eligible. Free gifts are not returnable individually.
On-Delivery Guidance
Please record a short unboxing video at the time of opening the package. If you find damage, missing items, or the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or the unboxing video so we can resolve it quickly.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
Contact our support with your name, mobile number, order ID, and a brief description of the issue.
Attach clear photos or the unboxing video showing the problem when applicable.
We will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost in serviceable pincodes. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, we will guide you to self-ship the product and share a courier receipt; courier charges may be credited as per our cap communicated by support.
Once we receive the item, our QC team completes verification, usually within 24–72 business hours.
Refunds
For COD orders, refunds are issued digitally via UPI or bank transfer to the customer’s provided details. We do not hand over cash refunds. After QC approval, refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank/UPI provider.
Replacements & Exchanges
If the delivered unit is defective, dead-on-arrival, damaged in transit, or the wrong model, we will replace it with the same model subject to stock availability. If the exact model is unavailable, you may choose an alternative of similar value or a refund. Opened products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch at no cost. After dispatch, cancellations are treated as returns and follow this policy.
Warranty Support
Most products carry a manufacturer warranty. For performance issues discovered after the return window, please visit the authorized service center; our support team can help you with nearby centers and documentation.
Pricing Adjustments
Price drops after purchase or limited-time promotions do not qualify for retroactive refunds or credits.
Abuse Prevention
To protect all customers, Mobile Shop may refuse or limit returns if we detect patterns of misuse, repeated return abuse, or damage not consistent with normal use.
Data & Accessories
Before returning, back up and reset your device, remove SIM and memory cards, and log out of any accounts (including Google/Apple ID) to prevent activation locks.
